M Performance Power and Sound kit for BMW 340i and 440i

Using new engine performance data, the BMW M Performance Power and Sound Kit with exhaust silencer flap system improves performance, torque (265 kW/500 Nm with automatic transmission and 480 Nm with manual transmission) and acceleration in a normal test cycle without increasing fuel consumption. The sport display in the iDrive monitor is adjusted accordingly. The development is in keeping with the high standards typical of the BMW Group. For BMW 340i and 340i xDrive from 07/15 to 07/18 and for BMW 440i and 440i xDrive from 03/16 to 07/18. Output increase from 240kW to 265kW. Torque increase from 450Nm to 500Nm with automatic transmission and to 480Nm with manual transmission (maximum torque dependent on selected gear). Modified engine electronics and exhaust flap system.
