HOUSING FOR ALL.

House is a basic pre-requisite for a decent living that helps in significantly improving the living conditions of its occupants. Owning a house helps families in breaking the vicious cycle of poverty and claim their rightful stake in the community.
In sync with the “Housing for All” vision of the government and as part of our community development initiatives around BMW Plant Chennai, we have set out to address this basic human need.

OUR IMPACT.

58 houses have been constructed and handed over to beneficiaries including tribal rural families in Chengalpattu district who have been living in huts without land ownership for generations.
